CCI 1000 FAD is a non destructive vacuum decay leak tester equipped with an automatic test chamber optimized for non – porous flexible and semi-rigid packaging, such as:

The automatic test chamber allows to test bigger formats up to 700×400 mm with a low effort for the operators.
The operator has only to place the samples in the drawer and start the test. The instrument will automatically move the samples in test position and activate the vacuum.
CCI 1000 FAD has been designed to increase the workload and allow to test multiple samples in a single cycle.
The operating principle
The principle of operation is simple and accurate. The chamber consists of two flexible membranes. When the operator starts the test the upper membrane is lowered automatically to cover the sample, creating the vacuum, the membranes enclose the tested package tightly, but without stressing it and damaging the sample.
CCI 1000 FAD measures the variation of the pressure in few seconds.
